Examples of "if/then" plans

People resist change | Make the status quo uncomfortable |
Morale drops 😟 | Rebuild confidence with quick wins |
People disengage | Set daily goals & give real-time feedback |
People don't take direction | Give people a reason (which might be avoiding a consequence!) |
People are burning out | Focus on daily requirements vs. longer term expectations |
You're worried about something | Plan for likely outcome vs. worse case outcome |
