- How you’re being perceived
- If the person trusts you
When removing barriers you need to know
- If you’re jumping to conclusions
- Your problem solving reflexes/habits/rules-of-thumb
- How your mood is influencing your behavior
When managing results you need to know
- How thinking traps influence your decisions
- If your self-talk is accurate
- If you’re under or over-reacting
When instilling a culture you need to know
- How unconscious bias impacts your behavior
- If you’re treating people consistently
- What people think you value most
