To initiate your registration, please fill out the information below. When your registration is complete, we will send you a confirmation email with important information about your subscription. 

1. Customer - Customer supplies the information below. The "Sign up" is disabled. Filling out a few fields is no more steps than going through the "Sign up" process. And, we can control the process, messages, and branding. Zendesk itself doesn't help us with the user record and is limited with branding in some areas.

2. Zapier - within 15 minutes a zap automatically creates: 

A) A user record with all the supplied information 
B) A ticket with all the supplied information and instructions for the agent on how to validate the registration or anything else we want "them" to do for new customers. Maybe it is reviewing Tenet's approved user list, maybe it is validating if they are "premium" subscribers, or perhaps marketing/newsletter efforts
