- How do you view change? Failure?
- What culture are you building?
What are your leadership processes? (How do you behave as a leader?)
- What's your approach to goal setting?
- How do you influence behavior?
- How will you manage performance? Standards? Expectations? Accountability?
- How will you manage change?
- How do you manage your time?
- How do you manage setbacks and adversity?
