You're either going to have a good working relationship with HR or you're not - it's largely up to you.
The wrong way to think
- "HR is a necessary evil"
- "They don't know my business"
- "They always tell me what I can't do"
- "I can work around them"
The right way to think
- "I can nurture my relationship w/HR"
- "I need to share my business w/them"
- "We can develop solutions together"
- "It's easier to work w/them"
